We understand that plans can change. In the unfortunate event that you need to cancel your photo booth rental, the following cancellation policy applies: Cancellations made 21 days or more before the scheduled event date will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made between 14 to 20 days prior to the event date will receive a 50% refund of the deposit. Cancellations made 13 days or less from the event date will result in forfeiture of the deposit. All cancellation requests must be made in writing (via email) and will be acknowledged with a confirmation receipt. The date of the email will be used to determine the cancellation fees. We encourage customers to inform us of any changes as soon as possible, giving us the opportunity to offer the scheduled date to other interested clients. Thank you for your understanding.
